Veropad does not facilitate a Digital Asset or derivatives exchange platform, nor does it provide trade execution or clearing services. As such, Veropad does not engage in, oversee, or control transactions utilizing the Services. All transactions among users of the Services are conducted peer-to-peer directly between users' blockchain addresses via a smart contract. You are obliged to adhere to all Applicable Laws that govern your transactions, including, but not limited to, the Commodity Exchange Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"), the federal securities laws and the regulations promulgated thereunder by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), along with all relevant foreign Applicable Laws. Veropad does not own or influence the underlying software protocols used in connection with the blockchain utilized for executing transactions via the Services. Typically, these underlying protocols are open source, allowing anyone to use, replicate, modify, and distribute them. Veropad bears no responsibility for the operation of these underlying protocols, and we make no assertions regarding their functionality, security, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted under Applicable Law, the Site and Services (including any content or functionality provided by or on behalf of Veropad) are delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all representations, conditions, or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, legal, statutory, or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied or legal warranties and conditions of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, reliability, accuracy, and non-infringement of third-party rights, expressly disclaimed. Consequently, you agree that, to the maximum extent permitted under Applicable Law, Veropad shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such incidents.
